The Cashier’s Office is where you pay for classes, check your balance, receive an invoice, submit a waiver or submit a tuition assistance form. During business hours, someone can help you with these tasks by phone or email.
When you contact a cashier, be sure to have your AACC ID number. It’s the most efficient way we have to access your student account.
The Cashier email is monitored weekdays between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Messages received after 4:30 p.m. will be read the next business day. For urgent concerns, we encourage you to call our office.
Payments should never be submitted using email.
